2016-17 (R-JUNIOR): Appeared in three games…averaged 1.3 points and 0.3 rebounds per game...scored season-high three points on a 3-pointer against Eastern Washington...also appeared in games at Washington and at Cal State Fullerton.
2015-16 (R-SOPHOMORE): Appeared in 11 games…averaged 4.3 points and 1.0 rebound per game…played in three Big West Conference games and averaged 5.3 points and 1.4 rebounds per game…finished with a season high 14 points, four rebounds and five field goals in contest with Cal Poly…knocked down season high two three-pointers in two games…had a season high six free throws and three assists in season opener against Saint Mary’s…also posted 11 points in season opener vs. Saint Mary’s.
2014-15 (REDSHIRT): Sat out the season in compliance with NCAA transfer rules from New Mexico State.
2013-14 (FRESHMAN): Played in 13 games and made 12 starts for New Mexico State…averaged 10.8 points and 2.5 rebounds per game.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2013 graduate of Archbishop Mitty High School…played four years of basketball for the Monarchs…earned multiple All-League honors and was a member of two league championship teams…helped lead team to CIF Division II state championship as a junior.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Scarleth and Dexter Garner… majoring in communication studies…has one brother, Dexter…her favorites include the Miami Heat and Dwayne Wade, Denzel Washington, Sandra Bullock and the movies "Glory Road" and "Remember the Titans"…says the best advice she has ever been given is "God always has a plan"…her advice for young people is "never give up on your dreams no matter what obstacles you may face"…lists her dad as her greatest hero because he has taught her everything she know about basketball and has always worked hard to provide for the family.
