Haley Coggins appeared in 34 of CSUN's 35 dual matches as a sophomore in 2025 ... finished the season with 14 wins, which ranked seventh on the team ... heads into her third season with 24 career wins ... posted a 14-20 record which included a 4-8 record at No. 2, 4-8 at No. 3, 1-1 at No. 4, and 5-3 at No. 5 ... won seven times (7-11) with Ainsley Patrick, finishing 2-4 at No. 2, 4-6 at No. 3, and 1-1 at No. 4 ... also finished 5-3 with Sophia Jarosz in the No. 5 pair and 2-6 with Dylan Hall ... earned one of CSUN's three wins in the Matadors' 3-1 win over Cal State Bakersfield to advance to day two of the 2025 Big West Beach Championship ... paired with Jarosz for a 21-17, 21-19 victory over CSUB's Silacci-Jensen/Thomas to clinch the team win ... was one of six CSUN Beach Volleyball student-athletes named to the 2025 Big West All-Academic Team.

Coggins appeared in 17 of CSUN's 37 matches in her first season with beach volleyball ... finished the season with a 10-7 overall record ... finished 4-5 in the No. 5 pair and 6-2 in the No. 6 exhibition pair ... played 11 times with Sophia Jarosz (7-4), three times with Julia Bazylevych (2-1), two times with Taylor Buckley (0-2). and once with Jadin Williams (1-0).Â

Coggins lettered all four years in volleyball at Radford High School in Honolulu, Hawai'i ... as an outside hitter for the Rams, earned second-team All-OIA West honors in 2022 and honorable mention accolades in 2021 ... was named to the Junior Volleyball Association Beach Watch List in 2023 ... also competed in tennis and was a pole vaulter for the track & field team ... earned multiple academic honors including National Honor Society, CTE Honor, Advanced Diploma, and Summa Cum Laude ... graduated in 2023.

Born in San Diego, Calif. ... parents are Erica and Chris Coggins ... has one younger brother, Caleb ... her mom attended the University of Rhode Island and her dad attended Maryland ... favorites include actors Adam Sandler and Emma Watson, the music of ABBA and Luke Combs, cereal, and the TV show "Modern Family" ... says she chose CSUN "to play beach volleyball and be in LA" ... says the best thing about being a student-athlete is "always being able to push yourself to be better" and the toughest thing is "time management" ... enjoys surfing and yoga in her spare time ... majoring in kinesiology.
