Nicolette Pinkney earned three varsity letters in volleyball at Granite Bay High School in Granite Bay, Calif. ... was a starter at outside hitter and team captain for coaches Jamie Ingram and Tricia Plummer ... was a two-time first team All-Sierra Foothill League selection in 2012 and 2013 as well as earning Sacramento All-Metro Team and Sacramento All-City Team honors as a senior ... was selected to the Senior Optimist Team in 2014 ... the Grizzlies were Div. I state champions in 2013 with a perfect 45-0 record and were NorCal runners-up in 2012 ... graduated in 2014 with a 3.8 grade point average.
