Russ appeared in all 22 matches in her final season at CSUN … anchored a stiff Matador defense that posted 11 shutouts and allowed only 13 goals on the season … totaled seven shots, putting one on goal … ended her career with 80 appearances, tying for the most in school history.
2011
Russ appeared in 18 matches and started 17 during her junior season … earned All-Big West Second Team honors after finishing with a goal and assist … scored her second career goal in a win at LMU … added an assist in the win over Long Beach State … finished season with 10 shots.
2010
Russ played in all 21 matches for CSUN during sophomore season ... scored first career goal and added an assist to finish with career-high three points ... struck just before halftime in Matadors' 2-0 victory over Cal State Fullerton on Oct. 28 ... added an assist in Matadors' 1-0 victory over Pacific on Oct. 3 ... finished year with six shots, putting three on-goal.
2009
A constant presence in the center of the defensive line, Russ appeared in 19 matches, making 18 starts ... picked up first career assist in Matadors' 1-0 victory over Long Beach State on Nov. 1 ... finished year with nine shots, putting six on-goal ... had season-high two shots on three separate occasions.
