CROSS COUNTRY: Saw action in three cross country meets for CSUN...was 34th in the season opening Pepperdine Invitational, running 16:59.90 over the 4k course...ran 24:55.80 on the UC Riverside 6k course to place 119th in the UCR Invitational...was 95th (20:43.20) on the 5k UC Riverside course during the UCR Highlander Invitational.
2017 (FRESHMAN): Did not compete.
CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five of six meets during her freshman season ... season-best finish was 57th place at the Highlander Invitational where she clocked a 5k time of 20:04.11 ... finished 71st at the Big West Championship in a time of 26:13.2 ... season best in the 6k was 23:51.43 at the UCR Invitational.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2016 graduate of San Pedro High School...competed in both cross country and track & field...a team captain for both the Pirates cross country and track teams...ran the 800 meters and the mile...earned All-City honors and was the Marine League champion as a senior...her team won the Marine League championship all four years....was also named team MVP, Most Dedicated, Clutch and Leadership awards...graduated with a 3.3 grade point average.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Victoria and Michael Kelso...has one older sister, Sonia...major is anthropology.
