OUTDOOR: Finished 18th in the 10,000 meters in a time of 41:37.72 at the Big West Championship...ran a lifetime-best of 11:09.70 in the 3,000 meters at the USC Trojan Invitational (Mar. 20) and clocked a season-best of 19:32.02 in the 5,000 meters at the Rafer Johnson/Jackie Joyner-Kersee Invitational (Apr. 9).
INDOOR: Did not compete.
CROSS COUNTRY: Placed 69th at the 2009 Big West Cross Country Championship in a time of 24:33.2.

OUTDOOR: Ran the three long distance events as a freshman during the outdoor season ... finished 17th in the 10,000 meters (40:03.96) at the Big West Championship...her time ranks sixth on the all-time Matador freshman list...ran a season-best 11:11.94 in the 3,000 meters at the Trojan Invitational at USC...posted a season-best time of 19:16.23 in the 5,000 meters at the Steve Scott Invitational at UC Irvine.

Daughter of Michelle and Michael Crook...has two younger brothers, Michael and Matthew...major is Kinesiology...favorites include actor Julia Roberts, "The Gilmore Girls", the movie "Freaky Friday" and Mexican food...chose Cal State Northridge because of the cross country team and the Kinesiology department...likes to read in her spare time.
