OUTDOOR: Reached her fourth straight NCAA?West Region Championships in the javelin...finished 38th in qualifying with a best of 134-10 and did not qualify for the NCAA?Championships...finished third at the Big?West Championship after posting a best of 139-10...earned All-Big?West honors in the javelin all four years...posted a season-best of 161-0 to take second at the Sun Angel Track Classic in Tempe, Ariz. (Apr. 8-10).

2009 (JUNIOR)
OUTDOOR: Advanced to the NCAA?Championships for the second time, finishing 20th in qualifying with a best of 149-5...was 11th with a best of 143-5 at the NCAA?West Regional...finished as the Big West javelin runner-up for the second straight season after tossing a best of 145-8...was the javelin champion at the Cal-Nevada Championships (Mar. 28) after posting a season-best of 159-3.
INDOOR: Did not compete.
2008 (SOPHOMORE)
OUTDOOR: Was the Big West javelin champion after throwing 154-11...earned USTFCCCA All-West Region honors in the javelin...advanced to the NCAA Outdoor Championships in Des Moines, Iowa where she finished 10th with a lifetime-best throw of 165-5...finished second at the NCAA West Regional with a throw of 160-11...her lifetime-best throw ranks third in Northridge history.
INDOOR: Did not compete.
2007 (FRESHMAN)
OUTDOOR: Finished third in the javelin with a mark of 143-7 (43.76) at the Big West Championship...threw a season-best 145-0 at theTriton Invitational to move to seventh on the Northridge career list and second on the Matador freshman list...went on to the NCAA West Regionals in Eugene, Ore. where she finished 14th with a mark of 141-0.
INDOOR: Did not compete.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2006 graduate of St. Helens High School...a four-year letter winner...earned first team All-Three Rivers League in the shot put and javelin in 2005 and 2006 and was a second team selection in 2003 and 2004...also earned Women's Team MVP honors and was named Most Improved...graduated with a 3.89 grade point average.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Heidi and Corey Ralls...a Biology major...has two younger sisters, Melissa and Jessica and one younger brother, Eldon...favorites include the Oakland A's, actors Bruce Willis and Julia Roberts and the movie "Beauty & the Beast"...says her greatest moment in sports was throwing a school record in the javelin.
