Jon Corpeno joined the CSUN women's volleyball coaching staff as a volunteer assistant in August of 2022.
A native of Boston, Mass., Corpeno comes to the Matador coaching staff from San Gabriel Elite Volleyball Club where he led the U16 Boys team to a ninth-place club finish.
Corpeno lettered in both volleyball and football at John Burroughs High School in Burbank before graduating in 2014. He then played volleyball at College of Charleston where he earned his bachelor of science degree in 2018. He is currently working on his master's degree in biology at CSUN.
He also has coaching experience at West Virginia Tech, Tribe Volleyball Club in Deerfield Beach, Fla., and Burroughs High School.
