Ashley Letrich completed her first season as assistant coach of CSUN Women's Water Polo. In her first season with the team, the Matadors went 12-20 and finished with a 22nd ranking in the nation.

Letrich spent the 2015 season as an assistant at Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, PA. She was responsible for assisting in all facets of the program, from coaching to recruiting to budget management. The Presidents finished with an overall record of 17-9 in Letrich's one season, falling to Connecticut College 13-10 in the Collegiate Water Polo Association Division III championship game.

As a competitor, Letrich was a four-year leter winner at Santa Clara University from 2010-14. Letrich appeared in 52 games over four seasons at the driver position for the Broncos. She posted two goals, one assist and nine steals as a senior in 2014 while earning Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches and Golden Coast Conference All-Academic honors.

A native of Chicago, IL, Letrich earned her bachelor of science degree in Psychology with minors in Communication and Mathematics from Santa Clara in 2014.
