ACCORDING TO HEAD COACH TAIRIA FLOWERS
- "I am excited to have our seniors go out with a win. It was a tight game and came with a clutch hit when we needed it. Megan is a dangerous hitter. Seeing her re-invent and try to figure out what to do with different pitches was exciting to see. I am looking forward to her coming back for her senior year. Jillian and Kenedee didn't have their best stuff on Friday. They figured out how to come in today and minimize Long Beach's opportunities and kept us in the game. It was nice to see the compete and figure it out together."
