2020 (SENIOR): Led the Big West in doubles (10), walks (15), slugging percentage (.889), and on-base percentage (.548)...was second in the league in batting (.413), sixth in RBI (21), and seventh in home runs (6)...ranked 14th in Division I in doubles, 16th in slugging percentage, 30th in on-base percentage, and 31st in doubles per game (0.42)...pitched seven times out of the bullpen...went 1-0 with a save, and a 0.64 ERA...struck out five in 11 innings...opponents batted .238.
2019 (JUNIOR): Selected second team NFCA All-West Region and first team All-Conference…led the Big West Conference in hitting (.430), doubles (20), RBI (55), total bases (129), walks (30), slugging percentage (.866), and on-base percentage (.535)…was second in the Big West in home runs (13) and hits (64)…her batting average was sixth highest in single-season conference history, while her doubles were the fifth most…the 55 RBI total were the second-most in a season by a CSUN player…finished regular season seventh in Division I in doubles, 11th in doubles per game (0.37), 12th in slugging percentage, 16th in batting average, 16th in on-base percentage, 25th in total bases, 26th in RBI, and 39th in RBI per game (1.02)…was intentionally walked five consecutive times during the UC Riverside series and was walked seven times in 10 plate appearances that weekend…hit two home runs against CSU Bakersfield Mar. 7 and again against Dartmouth Mar. 19, tying the school record.
2018 (SOPHOMORE): Named honorable mention All-Conference...second in the Big West in RBI with 48...was third in the conference in home runs (13)…tied the school record by hitting two home runs against Missouri Feb. 9…would end up with six RBI against the Tigers…finished eighth in the Big West in runs scored (31)…second on the team in slugging percentage (.584) and third in batting (.301)…tallied eight doubles and one triple…posted three hits at San Diego State Mar. 2…appeared in 17 games in the circle, starting two times…was 1-2 with a 4.10 ERA and one save…struck out 10 in 29 innings.
PRIOR TO CSUN: Named first team All-Western Athletic Conference for Grand Canyon as a freshman in 2017...helped lead the ‘Lopes to the WAC regular season championship after hitting .323 overall and .453 in league play…tied for the team lead in home runs (4) and drove in 31 runs.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2016 graduate of Eitiwanda High School…coach was David Masucci...selected first team All-State and first team All-Inland Valley as a junior and as a senior…awarded Silver Slugger and a Golden Glove in 2015 and 2016…chosen MVP of the Baseline League as a senior…team went 43-12 over final two seasons on the varsity….concluded prep career with a .459 batting average, 38 home runs, 135 RBI, and a 2.41 ERA…played travel ball for the Cal A’s which participated in the World Games and the Canada Cup.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Karen and Shane Stevens…a child and adolescent development major…chose CSUN because it was close to home, the great competition the team faces, and for the coaching staff…favorites include the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, Mike Trout, Channing Tatum, Ellen Pompeo, Greys Anatomy, The Longest Ride, Italian food, Ed Sheeran, and Thomas Rhett…best advice she has been given is don’t give up on something your passionate about…her greatest heroes are her parents who are always pushing her to be the best and never giving up on her.
