NORTHRIDGE, Calif.—The CSUN tennis team is on the road for a lone Big West dual this week as the Matadors travel to UC Riverside. The first serve is set for noon. Fans are not permitted to attend the dual. Head to GoMatadors.com for all results or on Twitter at @CSUNWTennis.
The Highlanders are 0-5, 0-4 in Big West play after losing 5-2 against UC San Diego Wednesday. Tia Elpusan has won twice in singles, the most in singles for UCR this season.
CSUN split a pair of dual last week. The Matadors ran their winning streak to four with a 4-0 victory last Thursday before Cal Poly handed CSUN a 4-1 defeat last Saturday in San Luis Obispo.
Ekatarina Repina won both of her singles matches last week to extend her winning streak to four and she is now 5-1 on the year. Freshman Magdalena Hedrzak remains 5-0 in singles after both of her singles matches went unfinished last week.
