ACCORDING TO HEAD COACH TERRY DAVILA
"It wasn't because of a lack of effort. We had every opportunity to win it. We weren't precise around the goal; our ball movement was a little bit slow to make things happen. Offensively we weren't sharp, and we didn't make plays around the goal."
NOTES
Saturday was the first one-goal match in which CSUN lost this season (5-1)…Saturday marked the first time the Matadors played the Aggies in Northridge since 2018…UC Davis leads the all-time series against CSUN 13-8-5.
