ACCORDING TO COACH JOHN PRICE
"It was a night-and-day difference in the way we competed from last night. I thought we had some opportunities in all four sets and if we make a couple plays at the end of each of the sets that we lost, we give ourselves a chance. I want us to compete more consistently and, even though we lost, we did that today."
UP NEXT
CSUN continues its season-long, four-match homestand next week as the Matadors host UC San Diego on Friday (Oct. 6) and Long Beach State on Saturday (Oct. 7). Both matches will stream on ESPN+.
