ACCORDING TO COACH JASON ZARB-COUSINÂ
"Really happy with our effort today. We had six women and four men run personal best times, and improved our team average time by 12 seconds on the women's side and four seconds on the men's side. We had a plan coming in to be aggressive in the second half of the race and we executed on that. We get another crack at this course in 3 weeks so excited to get back to work."
