Divecchio competed in all six races on the season ... set a new CSUN D-1 record in the 4k with a time of 14:19.4 to place 23rd at the Waves Invite (8/30/24) ... recorded a new PR in the 6k with a time of 22:39.1 for 65th-place points (80th overall) at the Big West Championship (11/2/24) ... would also set a new PR in the 5k of 19:17.7 at the UCR Cross Country Invitational for 82nd-place points (111th overall) ... finished with a 6k time of 23:22.6 at the NCAA West Regional ... placed on the Big West Fall All-Academic Team.
CSUN - 2023 (Junior)
Divecchio competed in one race in her first season ... ran in the Big West Preview and posted a 5k time of 21:35.4 to finish 94th overall.
PRIOR TO CSUN
Earned East Los Angeles College’s first All-South Coast Conference honor (second-team) since 2015 when she finished ninth at the 2022 SCC Championships … placed 37th at the 2022 CCCAA SoCal Cross Country Championships in a career-best time of 19:45.6 … qualified for the 2022 CCCAA State Cross Country Championships, finishing 62nd overall ... qualified for the 2021 CCCAA SoCal Southern Cross Country Regionals as an individual and finished 75th … placed 32nd at the 2021 South Coast Conference Championships … was second in the 1500m and seventh in the 800m at the 2022 South Coast Conference Track and Field Championships … named team MVP in both cross country and track in 2022 … earned team Coaches’ award in 2023.

A 2021 graduate of Alhambra High School … team won the Almont League Championship in 2019 and 2021 … finished second in the Almont League Championships as a senior … qualified for the 2019 CIF-SS Division Prelims … prep-best in the three-mile was 21:06.6 … won the 800m, finished second in the 1600m, and helped AHS win the 4x400m at the Almont League Finals as a senior … won the 2019 Almont League Finals in the 800m in a prep-best time of 2:33.76 … named 2019 track and field team MVP … prep-best in the 1600m was 5:48.79 and 14:38.74 in the 3200m … a CSF Life Member.

Daughter of Jim and Fujiko Divecchio … favorites include Psych, Castle, Sherlock, Inception, and Pasta with Garlic Bread … chose CSUN for its excellent accounting program and to continue running on a team … says her greatest sports moment so far is earning ELAC’s first All-South Coast Conference honors in seven years during the 2022 cross country season … says the best thing about being an athlete is the sense of accomplishment that she gets from performing the way she trained so hard for … says the toughest thing about being an athlete is handling a busy academic and athletic schedule that can be physically and mentally draining … the best advice she has been given is to stop overthinking … has memorized over 1,000 digits of pi before … says her greatest hero was her junior college coach, Milton Browne, who made her realize that she had more potential than she had ever imagined, he believed in her, and got her through countless struggles on her path to CSUN and she will always be grateful and diligently he works as a coach and mentor.
