2015 (FRESHMAN): Named Big West Freshman Pitcher of the Year, first team All-Conference and to the Big All-Freshman Team...earned first team NFCA All-West Region honors...became the the first Matador in school history to be named Big West Freshman Pitcher of the Year...first Matador to earn first team All-Region honors since 1994...named 1-of-25 Finalists for the NFCA Freshman of the Year award...appeared in 40 games...finished season 19-7 with a 1.84 ERA, eight complete games, eight shutouts and 134 strikeouts in 156.1 innings of work...held opponents to a .229 batting average for the season...tossed CSUN’s first no-hitter since 2008 with 16-strikeout performance against Utah Valley Feb. 25...Named Big West Pitcher of the Week three times: Feb. 23, Mar. 2 and April 20...led the Big West in shutouts...finished among Big West leaders in wins, ERA, strikeouts, innings pitched and opponent batting average...posted 8-1 record with 1.68 ERA and 40 strikeouts in 66.2 innings of work against Big West opposition.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2014 graduate of Salesian High School...coach was Dee Bonds...played four seasons of softball...earned first team All-League honors in all four seasons...named ESPN Small High School first team All-American as a senior ...named to Cal Hi Sports/Small School first team...helped lead her team to two league titles.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Felicia and James Conley... undecided on a major...has a brother, Langston...favorites include the San Francisco Giants, the Los Angeles Clippers and Blake Griffin, Jeopardy and pineapple pizza...the person from history she would most like to meet is JFK...says the best advice she’s ever been given is “define who you are and what you want before someone else does”...lists Jelly Selden as her greatest hero.
