2016 Second Team All-Conference
2017 (R-SENIOR): Appeared in 39 games and made 36 starts...hit .227 with 14 RBI, 12 walks, six runs, five doubles and two home runs...posted a .992 fielding percentage including 15 assists...tallied five multiple-RBI games...drove in two runs and collected a hit against Sacramento State (Feb. 25)...scored twice, drove in two runs and blasted a home run vs. Boise State (Mar. 4)...hit a two-run home run vs. North Dakota (Mar. 10)...knocked in two runs vs. CSU Bakersfield (Mar. 12)...Finished with two hits and an RBI vs. Hawai’i (Mar. 8)...collected two RBI, a run and a double vs. UC Riverside (Apr. 29)...hit an RBI double in a win over UC Davis (5/13/17).
2016 (R-JUNIOR): Named Big West Defensive Player of the Year and earned second team All-Big West honors...appeared in 53 games and made 50 starts...led Big West with 15 runners caught stealing, throwing out nearly 40% of runners attempting to steal for the season...against Big west foes, caught 10 runners and allowed 8 stolen bases, a caught stealing percentage of over 55%...combined with Daphne Pofek to throw out nearly 50% of runners attempting to steal for the season...duo finished at 66.7 percent as tandem combined to throw out eight runners while allowing only 4 stolen bases...only four passed balls all season and two pickoffs...at the plate, batted .286 with 12 runs, 44 hits, seven double, seven home runs, 30 RBIs and 11 walks...ranked among the league leaders in home runs and RBIs...batted .302 with 5 runs, 19 hits, one double, two home runs and 10 RBIs against Big West foes...had a career-high four hits and six RBIs in victory over Portland State...scored a career-high two runs three times...had a home run in seven different games...recorded 10 multi-hit games and six multi-RBI games during the season.
2015 (REDSHIRT): Sat out the season as a redshirt in the CSUN program.
PRIOR TO CSUN: Spent 2013 and 2014 at Penn State...compiled a .267 batting average with 16 doubles, seven home runs and 51 RBI in two seasons...led the Nittany Lions with 35 RBI as a sophomore.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2012 graduate of Valencia High School...played four years of softball...earned first team All-League honors as a junior and a senior...helped lead her team to a league title as a sophomore.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Sabine and Dave Habitz...majoring in journalism....has one sister, Corinna...favorites include the LA Dodgers, the LA Kings, the Chicago Beras and LA Lakers...her advice for young people is “if there is something you want, do anything to get it”...a big fan of “The Sandlot”.
