Bryan Stauffer enters his second season as the director of baseball operations for the CSUN baseball team in 2017-18. His duties include coordinating team travel, assisting in stadium development projects, public relations, team nutrition and hosting annual events for the baseball program including its alumni weekend.

Prior to CSUN, Stauffer spent the last two years working as a graduate assistant in the Operations & Game Management Department at the University of Southern California. His primary duties involved all media, vendor and staff credentialing for football season, as well as game day set-up and management of all home games during the season.

In the fall of 2016, Stauffer began his tenure as a baseball coach at Diamond Bar High School where he worked with the outfielders during the season and summer league.

Stauffer played collegiately at Citrus Community College in Glendora, CA from 2008 to 2010 as an outfielder before focusing on coaching and the operational side of sports.

Stauffer received his bachelor's degree in communication with an emphasis in journalism from California Polytechnic University, Pomona in 2013. In the summer of 2017, he earned his master's degree in sport management from the University of San Francisco.Â
