Veronica Mondaca joined the Sports Medicine staff in October of 2019. She works primarily with Baseball and Women’s Golf while additionally providing oversight with Women’s Volleyball.

Mondaca comes from Elon University where she served from 2015-2019 covering Baseball and both Men’s and Women’s Golf. While at Elon, Mondaca helped the Phoenix Baseball Team achieve Regular Season Championship for the Colonial Athletics Association Conference in 2019. Before this, Mondaca was at Wagner College with the Baseball and Women’s soccer team 2014-2015 and served as an Intern Rehabilitation Athletic Trainer with the New York Mets in 2013.

Mondaca holds a Master of Science from California Baptist University, Riverside in 2010 and a Bachelor of Science from California State University, Fullerton in 2008. She holds a Correctional Exercise Science Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is a Certified Athletic trainer from the
NATABOC.

Mondaca currently resides in Chatsworth with her two cats Mischka and Oliver.
