Fairchild competed in 29 games and made 18 starts with time spent at shortstop and second base ... batted .206 with 14 walks, 13 hits, 11 runs scored, eight RBI and one double ... went 2-for-2 in stolen base attempts ... improved batting average to .259 with seven hits and four RBI over 14 Big West games ... scored twice and delivered a two-run single in a win vs. BYU (2/22/25) ... reached base three times and had two hits at UC Santa Barbara (3/8/25) ... doubled and drove in two runs vs. Hawai'i (3/28/25).Â
PRIOR TO CSUN
Fairchild spent her freshman season at Skyline College in 2024 for head coach Tom Brunicardi ... slashed .366/.451/.555 with 40 runs, 60 hits, 12 doubles, five home runs, 47 RBI, 20 walks and 11 stolen bases with Skyline ... collected All-Conference First Team honors with Skyline and helped the team to the Coast Conference North championship ... attended Berkeley High School and graduated in 2023 ... spent four seasons on the baseball team at Berkeley where he played in the middle infield for coach Curtis ... collected All-League First Team and All-Area Honorable Mention as a senior ... helped Berkeley to a league title ... batted .360 as a senior and .383 as a junior in high school ... played summer baseball with the Duluth Huskies.
