Ontiveros made 16 appearances and started twice in his second season at CSUN ... Posted a 2-1 record with a 5.16 ERA, one save and 20 strikeouts in 22.2 innings ... Allowed just two runs over his first seven appearances ... Lowered ERA to 3.27 in 11 innings of work on the road ... Struck out five batters and tossed four innings of scoreless relief for a save at San Diego State (2/21/23) ... Threw a shutout inning vs. Pepperdine, earning a victory (2/28/23) ...
