Contreras competed in all five meets on the season ... opened up the season with a 6k time of 19:24.4 to finish with 44th-place points and 62nd overall at the Big West Preview (9/1/23) ... registered a season-best 8k time of 24:43.8 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (10/14/23) ... charted a time of 25:56.7 at the Big West Championships to finish at 52nd-place points and 55th overall ... posted a personal best 10k time of 32:49.3 at the NCAA West Regional, finishing 164th overall.
