CSUN - 2023 (Senior)
Johnson appeared in 15 matches and made 14 starts in his final season with CSUN ... totaled one goal, one assist, three points and 12 shots with two on goal for the season ... accumulated 1,018 minutes on the field ... registered an assist in a road win at ranked San Diego (9/1/23) ... played full time once on the year vs. Cal State Fullerton (9/27/23) ... netted his first career goal with CSUN, an 81st minute equalizer that ensured a 1-1 draw with Sacramento State (10/7/23).
CSUN - 2022 (Junior): Anchored a Matador defense which allowed only 21 goals in 17 matches played ... added one assist and seven shots ... played 1,459 minutes, the third most on the team.
PRIOR TO CSUN
A member of the men’s soccer team at Salt Lake CC from 2019-21 … helped lead Salt Lake CC to the 2021 NJCAA Tournament semifinals … started all 18 matches as a redshirt sophomore, posting two assists, earning first team All-Region 18 honors … team was ranked No. 1 and won a Region 18 title … Salt Lake CC won the 2020 NJCAA National Championship in a tournament that was conducted in the Spring of 2021 due to COVID-19 … selected second team All-Region 18 for the 2020-21 season … the team reached No. 3 in the NJCAA top 25 poll, a Region 18 title, and to a 14-1-1 record in 2019 as he scored one goal and posted one assist … played for CSA Rush, played for the Zimbabwe U14 National Team, the Zimbabwe U17 National team, and Malawi U20 National Team.
