OUTDOOR: Davis competed in nine outdoor meets ... earned Honorable Mention All-American honors in the discus, finishing 20th overall with a mark of 57.26m (187-10) at the NCAA Championships (6/12/26) ... finished ninth with a discus toss of 57.29m (187-11) at the NCAA West First Round (5/29/26) ... won the discus title with a school-record toss of 58.41m (191-8) at the Big West Championships (5/16/26) ... finished ninth in the shot put with a toss of 16.48m (54-1) at the Big West Championships (5/15/26) ... previously broke CSUN's discus record, which stood since 1984, with a mark of 57.63m (189-1) to take first at the Steve Scott Invitational (5/2/26) ... also won the discus with a throw of 54.31m (178-2) at the UCSB Invite (4/24/26) ... recorded a PR in the shot put of 16.98m (55-8.5) to take first place at the Triton Invitational (4/4/26).Â

Davis competed for Dream Team track & field ... previously played basketball in college ... spent the 2024-25 season at Carolina University in North Carolina where he played in four games ... played basketball for Reedley College during the 2023-24 season, averaging 10.2 points and 6.2 rebounds in 19 games ... attended Independence High School in Bakersfield and graduated in 2022 ... played on his high school basketball team.Â

Son of James and Kyria Davis ... siblings are Naquore, Zhanelle and Brooklynn ... his brother Naquore competed in track & field for Army West Point ... favorites include the Los Angeles Clippers, Kobe Bryant, Denzel Washington, Debbie Ryan, the tv show "Attack on Titans," and the film "Pixels," Jim Johnston and Jermaine Cole ... favorite food is beef ... says he chose CSUN because coach Torie believed in him and he fell in love with the campus and the surrounding area ... lists hitting a game winner to beat the best team in the conference during his freshman year playing basketball at Reedley College as his favorite sports moment ... named Jesus as his hero.
