2017 (SENIOR): Earned second team All-Big West Conference honors...appeared in 33 contests, making 27 starts...finished with a 16-8 record along with a 2.35 ERA, 13 complete games, four shutouts and 79 strikeouts over 152 innings...limited batters to a .214 average at the plate...went 7-5 with a .259 ERA, 30 strikeouts and seven complete games in conference play...tossed five innings allowing one unearned run in a win over Northwestern (Feb. 12)...surrendered three runs, one of which that was earned, over 5.1 innings to Arkansas (Feb. 17)...hurled a six-hitter, striking out three vs. Sacramento State (Feb. 25)...gave up no runs over six innings, fanning four batters vs. Seattle U (Feb. 26)...posted a shutout, yielding three hits vs. Boise State (Mar. 3)...tossed the program’s 67th no-hitter and first of her career vs. Sacred Heart (Mar. 7)...hurled a one-hitter while striking out seven vs. North Dakota (Mar. 10)...struck out a season high eight batters and surrendered just two hits over six innings vs. Quinnipiac (Mar. 19)...completed both games of a doubleheader with Hawai’i, allowing just one earned run while notching two wins (Apr. 8)...yielded two runs in a complete game win over Cal Poly (Apr. 23)...went five innings and allowed one run to UCLA (Apr. 26)...hurled another pair of complete games in the UC Riverside series, allowing just two earned runs over 14.0 innings of work (Apr. 29-30)...pitched a season-high 9.2 innings at Cal State Fullerton (May 5)...earned her last win of the season at UC Davis by allowing two runs over 5.2 innings (May 13)...selected Academic All-Conference.
2016 (JUNIOR): Named third team NFCA All-West Region and first team All-Conference...became just the third Matador to earn NFCA All-West region honors since 2001 and gave CSUN an all-region pitcher in three-straight seasons...appeared in 35 games as a pitcher and made 23 starts...finished the year with a 19-8 record and set new career highs with a 2.78 ERA, 102 strikeouts and a .237 opponent batting average in 173.2 innings of work...especially dominant against Big West opposition, posting a 12-3 record with a 1.87 ERA, 52 Ks and a .216 opponent batting average in 104.2 innings of work...one of only two Big West pitchers to defeat every league opponent and she and teammate Karlie Habitz to combined to throw out nearly 50 percent of would-be base stealers for the season...helped her own cause at the plate with a .231 batting average, two doubles, a home run and six RBI on the year...recorded a career high 10 strikeouts in season-opening victory over Creighton...tossed a career-high eight innings in a win over Long Beach State...selected Academic All-Conference.
2015 (SOPHOMORE): Appeared in 17 games and made two starts as a position player or DP...batted .375 with six hits, a double, a triple and five RBI...picked up a two-run triple in the Matadors’ win over UC Riverside on Apr. 18...had a pinch-hit double in the Matadors’ win over Cal Poly on Mar. 28...appeared in 10 games as a pitcher in 2015, making two starts...posted a 2-1 record with a 4.55 ERA, two saves and six strikeouts in 20 innings of work...was the winning pitcher in victories over New Mexico and Portland State...recorded a save against Stanford and Utah Valley...selected Academic All-Conference..
2014 (FRESHMAN): Primarily a pitcher, Pofek appeared in 37 games and made 12 starts...finished year 5-7 with a 3.54 ERA and 44 strikeouts in 106.2 innings of work...went 1-3 with a 2.64 ERA and 22 strikeouts against Big West opposition...picked up first career win with 4.2 innings of work against Georgetown...tossed a career high eight innings and earned a win with a career high six strikeouts against Utah State...also picked up wins over Cal Poly and Pacific...recorded two saves on the season...first career save came with three innings of relief work against CSU Bakersfield...earned another save against CSU Bakersfield with an inning of relief...at the plate, collected a double and four RBIs...double and two RBI came against Toledo.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2013 graduate of Martin Luther King High School...played four years of softball...earned All-League honors twice and was named league’s offensive player of the year twice...helped lead team to a league title her senior season.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Kim Ybarra and Damir Pofek... majoring in criminology...stepfather is Gabe Ybarra...has two sisters, Kourtney and Jaydan, and two brothers, Cole and Jackson...favorites include the LA Angels of Anaheim, Mike Trout, Bradley Cooper and “Pretty Little Liars”...lists her mom as her greatest hero.
