2015 (SENIOR): Appeared in 57 games and made 50 starts...batted .301 with 27 runs, 40 hits, one double, two triples, five RBI and six stolen bases...set new CSUN career highs in runs, hits and triples...finished with 12 hits, 11 runs and two stolen bases against Big West opposition...had a season high three hits in a win at UCSB on April 11...scored a season high two runs in three games...hit first career triple in a victory over Seattle U Mar. 8...picked up a double in a win at Pacific on Mar. 22...recorded second triple of the season in a win at UC Davis Apr. 3...finished her CSUN career with 50 runs, 78 hits, 12 RBI and 18 stolen bases...selected Academic All-Conference.
2014 (JUNIOR): Played in 52 games and made 50 starts...batted .314 with 38 hits, 23 runs, one double and seven RBI...finished second on the team and among the Top 10 in the Big West Conference with 12 stolen bases...had a career high two stolen bases in three different games...had a career high three hits in three games...scored a career high two runs in four games...had a career high two RBI in two games...posted six runs, 14 hits and five stolen bases against Big West opponents...sported a .951 fielding percentage in 61 defensive chances.
PRIOR TO CSUN: Played two seasons of softball for Bakersfield College...helped lead team to a conference title in her first season with the club...received an AA in Psychology in 2013.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2010 graduate of Golden Valley High School...played four years of softball for the Bulldogs...also played four seasons of volleyball and four years of soccer.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Kathy Toerner...majoring in psychology...has one brother, Austin...mother was an All-American softball player at CSUN...favorites include the LA Galaxy, Landon Donovan, Mike Trout and “Criminal Minds”...her advice to young people is “do not wish to grow up too fast”...lists her mom as her greatest hero.
