2016 (JUNIOR): Chosen honorable mention All-Conference...played in all 56 games and made 54 starts...batted .263 with 21 runs, 42 hits, 13 doubles, two triples, five home runs, 31 RBIs, 18 walks and four stolen bases...led CSUN in doubles and walks...batted .327 against Big West opponents, adding five runs, five doubles, two triples, a home run, six RBIs and 10 walks in 21 games...had a season-high three hits in four different games...scored two runs in three different contests...Drove in season-high four RBIs in pair of games...hit a home run in five different games...finished year with nine multi-hit games and seven multi-RBI games...Her 13 doubles tied for eighth in program history for a single season...selected Academic All-Conference.
2015 (SOPHOMORE): Named Big West Player of the Year and First Team All-Conference...earned third team NFCA All-West Region honors...started 57 games...batted .392 with 35 runs, 71 hits, 12 doubles, two triples, 16 home runs, 56 RBIs, four stolen bases, 135 total bases and 30 extra-base hits...tied school record for RBI in a single season...the 16 home runs are the second most in school history for a single season...the 56 RBI are the fourth most in Big West history for a single season...tied for the fifth most home runs in a single season in Big West history...led the Big West Conference in home runs, RBIs, slugging percentage, total bases and extra-base hits...tied school record with seven RBI at Grand Canyon on Feb. 20...tied school record with two home runs in two different games: at Grand Canyon on Feb. 20 and at UCSB on April 11...tied for ninth in school history for a single season with 71 hits...named Big West Player of the Week after CSUN’s series sweep at UC Santa Barbara...selected Academic All-Conference.
2014 (FRESHMAN): Named honorable mention All-Conference and to the Big West All-Freshman Team...appeared in 55 games and made 54 starts in her freshman season...batted .314 for the season with 49 hits, 15 runs, a triple, three home runs and 36 RBIs...led team with 11 doubles, ranking among the Big West Top 10...also ranked among league leaders in RBIs...hit two home runs in a victory over Boise State, becoming the 28th player in program history to achieve the feat...led the Matadors with a .350 batting average against Big West opponents...had seven runs, five doubles, a home run and 13 RBIs vs. conference foes...posted 15 multi-hit games and nine multi-RBI games...sported a .966 fielding percentage in 207 defensive chances.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2013 graduate of Burbank High School...played four seasons of softball...Earned multiple All-League honors and was league’s Offensive Player of the Year in her final three seasons...also played four seasons of volleyball and and earned All-League honors...played two seasons of soccer...named her high school’s Female Athlete of the Year in 2013.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Denise and Michael Hooper... majoring in Kinesiology...has a sister, Natalie, and a brother, Riley...favorites include the LA Angels of Anaheim, Mike Trout, Adam Sandler, Jennifer Lawrence and “Pretty Little Liars” and “Chicago Fire”...advice to young people is “leave it all out on the field”...lists her parents as her greatest heroes.
