Tasha Mae competed in 35 of CSUN's 36 beach matches in 2024 ... partnered with Lauren Eknoian as CSUN's No. 2 pair in all 35 dual matches, posting a 16-20 overall record ... tied for fourth on the team with 16 individual wins and was one of two CSUN pairs with double-digit wins ... posted a pair of three-match win streaks in 2024, including wins over Nebraska and Texas (Mar. 15) ... 16 pairs wins ranks 10th in program history for a single season ... along with Eknoian, ranks second in CSUN history with 33 pairs wins ... finished 1-2 at the Big West Championship, posting a thrilling three-set win over UC Davis (21-18, 12-21, 20-18) ... heads into her final season with 33 individual wins.
CSUNÂ - 2023 (Junior)
Mae played in all 33 of CSUN's beach matches during her junior season ... teamed up with Lauren Eknoian as CSUN's No. 1 pair and finished the season second on the Matadors with 17 wins ... was one of four CSUN pairs to earn double-figure wins ... the pair posted a 17-16 record (.515) and earned All-Big West honorable mention honors ... 17 wins as a pair ranks tied for fifth in program history for a single season ... along with Eknoian, the pair had three different three-match win streaks in 2023 ... finished 1-2 at the 2023 Big West Championship.
IRVINE VALLEY COLLEGE
Mae played one season of beach volleyball (2022)Â at Irvine Valley College in Irvine, Calif. ... paired with Jolie Rasmussen as the teams' No. 1 pair and won its first three matches before falling to Oregon (Feb. 25) ... the Lasers went on to win the CCCAAÂ State Championship, defeating Feather River College 3-2.Â
BUKITJALIL SPORT SCHOOL
Mae competed in indoor volleyball at Bukitjalil Sport School in Kuala Lumpur ... was a starter at outside hitter and team captain in 2018 ... her team won Southeast Asian Games championships in 2017 and 2019.
