Horvath did not compete in any matches during the year ... Joined the women's soccer team after playing four seasons with the CSUN Softball team.Â
2018 Season (Senior, CSUNÂ Softball)
Selected third team National Fast Pitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-West Region ... Selected Big West Player of the Year May 15 ... Led the league in home runs (16), runs (60), total bases (132), slugging percentage (.781) and on base percentage (.507) while ranking second in doubles (16), third in RBI (41) and second in stolen bases (24) ... Finished regular season ranked in the top 25 in Division I in multiple categories nationally including total bases (16th), runs per game (1.02 – 22nd), slugging percentage (23rd), and home runs (25th) ... Became the third Player of the Year from CSUN in the last four years, following Taylor Glover who won the award in 2017 and Katie Hooper in 2015 ... Named first team All-Conference for the fourth year in a row, marking only the ninth player in league history to be named first team All-Conference four times.
2017 Season (Junior, CSUN Softball)Â
Named to the All-Big West Conference first team for the third-straight season … Started all 53 games and hit .338 with 27 runs, 12 doubles, two triples, 13 home runs, 41 RBI and 12 stolen bases … Posted a .709 slugging percentage and .429 on-base percentage … Led the conference in home runs, RBI and slugging percentage and was the only player for the second-straight season to post at least 10 home runs and 10 stolen bases … Finished tops in the conference with a .407 batting average, .507 on-base percentage, .915 slugging percentage, seven home runs, seven doubles, 19 RBI, 54 total bases and 15 extra-base hits in league play … Received Big West Player of the Week honors on March 15 … Recorded a team-best 10 multiple-RBI games while also posting 13 multiple-hit games.
2016 Season (Sophomore, CSUN Softball)Â
Earned first team All-Big West honors for the second-straight season … Started all 56 games … Batted .320 with 47 runs, 57 hits, 11 doubles, three triples, 13 home runs, 34 RBI, 11 walks and 23 stolen bases … Led the Matadors in runs, triples, home runs, RBIs and stolen bases … Only player in the Big West Conference to record double-digit home runs and stolen bases … Tied for seventh in school history for runs scored in a single-season … The 13 home runs tied her for fourth in program history for a single-season ... The 23 stolen bases tied for fifth in program history for a single season … Led CSUN with .328 batting average in Big West season, adding 12 runs, 22 hits, one double, three triples, five home runs, 16 RBI and eight stolen bases … Finished with 16 multi-hit games and tied for team lead with nine multi-RBI games.

Named Big West Co-Freshman Field Player of the Year and to first Team All-Big West and Big West All-Freshmen Team … Named second team NFCA All-West Region … Started all 58 games … Batted .326 with 31 runs, 56 hits, 15 doubles, two triples, nine home runs, 38 RBI, 102 total bases and 14 stolen bases … Named USA Softball National Collegiate Player of the Week on April 28 after helping lead CSUN to series with at Long Beach State … Batted .750 with a home run, double and three RBI in CSUN’s first series win over 49ers since 2002 … Led the Big West Conference with 15 doubles, tying for the fourth-most in school history for a single season … Finished among the Big West leaders in triples, RBI, stolen bases and slugging percentage … Named Big West Player of the Week twice, after the Long Beach State series and after CSUN’s series sweep at UC Davis … Homered in first career game, a win over Wisconsin on the season’s opening day.
