Erick Tuesta is a member of the CSUN Sports Medicine team as a third-year Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer for the 2019-20 season.
Tuesta's primary sports are Men's and Women's Cross Country and Women's Tennis. He will also be assisting CSUN's Head Athletic Trainer Steven Grech with Men's Basketball.
Tuesta graduated cum laude from California State University, Long Beach in the Fall of 2016 with a Bachelor's of Science in Athletic Training.
During his time at Long Beach, he completed a clinical rotation at El Camino Community College and worked with 22 sports in his first year. Following this experience, he completed his final year at Long Beach State while working with the 49ers' Women's Basketball and Men's Water Polo Teams.
Born and raised in Torrance, Calif., Tuesta is currently working on his Master's Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Biomechanics.
