CSUN - 2025 (Senior)
OUTDOOR: Poston did not compete in any outdoor events.
INDOOR: Competed in four meets ... scored and took fourth place in the 200m with a time of 24.02 at the MPSF Indoor Championships (2/21/25) ... finished eighth in the 60m finals with a time of 7.65 at the MPSF Championships ... set a PR and recorded the second-best 200m time in school history at 23.89 at the Wolf Pack Classic (2/8/25) ... won the 200m with a time of 24.47 at the Lumberjack Team Challenge (1/17/25) ... established a PR in the 60m of 7.46, good enough for third-best in school history, to take third place at the Lumberjack Team Challenge ... collected MPSF All-Academic Team honors.
CSUN - 2024 (Junior)
OUTDOOR: Poston competed in five meets ... earned a second-place finish in the 100m with a wind-aided time of 11.52 at the Big West Championships (5/11/24) ... took third in the 200m with a wind-aided time of 23.59 at the Big West Championships ... set a PR and finished first in the 200m prelims with a time of 23.91 at the Big West Championships (5/10/24) ... helped CSUN take third place in the 4x100m relay with a time of 45.80 at the Big West Championships ... helped the 4x100m relay team finish first with a time of 45.63 at the Vince O'Boyle Classic (3/29/24) ... also finished second in the 200m by running 24.79 at the Vince O'Boyle Classic ... took second place in the 100m with a time of 11.89 at the Trojan Invite (3/23/24) ... earned Big West All-Academic Team honors.

OUTDOOR: Ran a season best in the 200m, :24.59, to finish 10th in the 200m prelims at the Big West Championships ... ran a season best in the 100m, 11.87 to tie her season-best of fifth ... helped CSUN win the 4x100m relay at the Big West Championships as the team ran 45.33 ... a member of the Matadors' relays that won 4x100m relays at the Steve Scott Invitational and the Beach Invitational ... chosen Academic All-Conference.
INDOOR: Ran a season best in the 60m, 7.73, in the preliminaries of the MPSF Championships ... ran an indoor best in the 200m of 25.01 at the MPSF's to place 13th in the finals ... posted a time of :40.79 in the 300m at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Collegiate Invitational ... named Academic All-MPSF.

OUTDOOR: Finished fifth in the 100m at the BIg West Championship ... ran a season best 12.03 in the 100m during the Big West preliminaries ... season best finish in the 100m was third which she recorded during the Cal Poly Open and the University of California Brutus Hamilton Invitational ... placed seventh in the 200m at the Big West Championship ... registered a season best 24.80 in the 200m during the BIg West prelims ... season best finish in the 200m was fourth during the CSUN Invitational ... helped the Matadors win the 4x100m relay at the UCSB Invitational and the CSUN Invitational ... was part of the CSUN 4x100m relay that posted a season best time of 45.75 to finish second at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational.

A 2021 graduate of Consumnes Oaks High School … won the 2019 CIF Sac-Joaquin Section Division I championship titles in the 100m and 200m … ran a high school best of 12.04 in the 100m and 24.34 in the 200m to win the 2019 Delta League championships in both events … named team MVP three times.
PERSONAL
Daughter of Shammai Poston and Kayla Granderson … a Kinesiology-Applied Fitness major ... favorites include the Sacramento Kings, Sydney McLaughlin, Jason Statham, Viola Davis, the TV show How to get Away with Murder, Princess and the Frog, Chili Cheese Fries, and 6lack … chose CSUN because it’s a great college and she felt wanted so she knew it would be a smooth transition for her…says her greatest sports moment so far is posting person bests in both of her races when she was sick in which she calls her “flu game” … says the best thing about being an athlete is seeing all of the hard work you put in, paying off … says the toughest thing about being an athlete is not being able to hang with friends after hours … the most famous person she has met is Richaun Holmes … says the person in history she would like to meet is Jay Z … would like to switch places with Teyana Taylor for one day … the two people she would like to have dinner is her late cousin and Tarji P. Henson … says the best advice she has been given is It can’t rain forever, keep your head up … her advice to young people is if you put in the work, and love what you do, it will pay off … says her greatest hero is her mom because she knows that she will always be there for her no matter what.
