ACCORDING TO HEAD COACH JASON FLOWERS
- "Early on was a defensive battle. I thought both teams were struggling to score. They hit some three's in the second quarter which gave them a little bit of a lead. We didn't do a good job in the second half of keeping pace. We were struggling to put the ball in the basket and we tried to make some adjustments, but it still didn't work. For whatever reason, we couldn't put the ball in the basket. They got some shots that they made in the fourth quarter. It was one of those games that we have to learn from. Our kids will be better in our next outing."
