ACCORDING TO HEAD COACH CARLENE MITCHELL
"Arizona's style of play looks to speed you up and play at a faster speed. We were able to handle Arizona's pressure at the start, but our timing was off in the first half. We were able to execute patterns in the second half, but the ball wasn't dropping tonight."
"Jordyn and I had a great conversation earlier this week for us to find ways to get her the ball more. Jordyn did a good job tonight getting to the free throw line and played with a completive spirit that she always brings."
"Michelle stepped up and gave us some energy and offense at the wing position. We have been looking for ways to get her some additional minutes and by moving Tess to the four to do that. I am excited about the future and what she will give us."
"It is going to be great to be home (after a three-game road trip to start the season). It has been a long stretch for the team. Hopefully, we have learned from playing three Pac-12 teams and bring a better product home to our crowd."
