CSUN Track & Field Heads to Three-Day UCSB Invitational

NORTHRIDGE, Calif.—The CSUN Men's and Women's Track & Field teams travel to UC Santa Barbara for a three-day event this week.
Brianna Kelpis will enter the heptathlon on Wednesday beginning at 12:30 p.m. The multi's conclude on Thursday beginning at 1 p.m.
On Friday, the entire team is scheduled to compete. The field events are set for 11:30 a.m. with the running events getting underway at 3 p.m. Live stats will be available with the link on GoMatadors.com.
Scheduled to compete are Cal Poly, CSUN, UC Irvine, UC Santa Barbara, and Westmont.
CSUN opened the outdoor campaign last Friday at the Cal Poly Open. Noah Contreras posted the lone individual victory for the Matadors. Contreras won the 800m in a time of 1:56.68.
Sameerah Evans, recorded the top women's performance as she finished second in the100m hurdles (:14.69).
