COACH MICHELLE WINKLER SAID
"We just didn't hit any greens today, which put so much pressure on our short game. Some of it had to do with the wind, but ultimately it was our poor iron game that plagued us today. Â Tomorrow we're just going back to basics and going for the middle of the green."
The Matadors will be paired with Cal State Fullerton and UC Riverside for the final round of the conference championship which gets underway Tuesday morning at 7:30 a.m. The Matadors will tee off beginning at 8:20 a.m.
