ACCORDING TO HEAD COACH GARY VICTOR
"I am very proud of this team. We lost two third-set tiebreaks and had a great chance at one of the toughest places to play. But, we've been pulling out the close matches, and this one didn't go our way, not for lack of fight and character."
Â
PLAYER REACTION
"We fought well as a team, and it came down to a few points in the singles matches," Turchak said. I'm proud of everyone."
Â
"I'm thrilled with how I performed today during my singles and doubles," Ho said. "I trusted my ground strokes in singles and was fighting for every point. Doubles had an interesting start because I was playing with someone new, but I trusted my partner, and we had a great time competing together. Today was delightful, and I had a great time despite the tough matches."
