COACH ARI HOMAYUNÂ SAID
"Another hard-fought battle against CSUB. Kind of poetic that all of our wins against them have been to the score of 3-2 and we have finished the season 3-2 against them. It was definitely a bummer to lose, and we had our chances but the girls worked hard. We have a full week of practice this week and I think revisiting foundational skill set work will be a good refresh for us leading to Saturday and then the Big West Championship tournament the following week. Excited to play LMU and Arizona next weekend!
UP NEXT
The Matadors will return to the sand next Saturday (Apr. 20) when CSUN travels to Los Angeles to take on Loyola Marymount and Arizona in its final regular season dual matches at the LMU Beach Volleyball Courts.
