NORTHRIDGE, Calif.---CSUN Track & Field's Trey Knight was one-of-10 selected to the 2025 Bowerman mid-indoor season watchlist on Thursday, as announced by The Bowerman Advisory Board. Knight becomes the first Matador in school history to be named to a watch list.
Established in 2009, The Bowerman is awarded to the collegiate track & field's top male and female athlete for the year. The advisory board considers performances inclusively from the collegiate indoor track & field and outdoor track & field seasons. His performance at the Nevada Invitational earned him M-F Athletic National Athlete of the Week honors on Jan. 27, becoming the first Matador in school history to receive the weekly national honor for the indoor season. Knight also took home MPSF Athlete of the Week honors that week.
