Nick Blaser played in 51 contests, making 43 starts...Played in left field, third base and second base...Registered a .231 batting average to go along with 18 runs, 36 hits, 21 RBI and eight walks...Had eight multi-hit games and two three-hit performances...Went 3-for-4 with an RBI at Seattle University (2/21/15)...Drove in three RBI in 3-for-4 day against George Washington (3/15/15)...Went 1-for-3 with three RBI against Dartmouth (3/20/15).
2014
Blaser joined the Matadors in 2014 as a junior transfer and led the team with a .302 batting average. Splitting his time between left field and the infield, Blaser recorded three hits in two separate games and was the team leader with 15 multi-hit games and eight multi-RBI games. He drove in three runs against West Virginia (3/15) and at one point had an 11-game hitting streak. Blaser finished the year with 55 hits, nine doubles and 23 RBIs.
SIERRA COLLEGE
Blaser played a season of baseball at Sierra College in Rocklin, Calif., as the team's starting second baseman. He was named the Team MVP and an All-State player while leading the Wolverines to the Big 8 Championship.
ROSEVILLE HIGH SCHOOL
Blaser attended Roseville High School and played baseball, basketball and football as a senior in 2011. He earned All-League honors in all three sports and was an All-City and All-Capitol selection in baseball. His team won the SFL and was section champions in 2011.
