Coffin did not appear in any games for the season.

Coffin lettered four years on the baseball team including the last two on the varsity squad ... Named Student-Athlete of the Year at his school in 2020 ... Pitched on the varsity team while he also played at shortstop earlier in his high school career ... Went 2-0 with 12 strikeouts and a 1.27 ERA in his shortened senior season ... Struck out 67 and posted a 1.72 ERA as a junior ... Posted 32 scoreless innings in his junior campaign ... Guided the Longhorns to the CIF San Diego Section Division III playoffs in 2019 ... Earned first-team all-league honors in his prep career ... Competed on the water polo varsity team as a freshman.
