Andrew Freiha lettered in both volleyball three times at Otay Ranch High School in Chula Vista, Calif. ... was an AVCA first team All-American as well as first team All-Mesa League, All-San Diego Section DI and Player of the Year in 2013 ... was also first team all-league and second team All-CIF in 2012 ... set a school record with 459 kills and 74 aces as a senior in 2013 ... the Mustangs finished as state runner-up in 2011 and 2012 and were third in the state in 2013 ... was a teammate of current Matador Nick Alegrado... graduated in 2013 with a 3.6 grade point average.
