Mitch Theisen lettered in soccer at Wahlert Catholic High School in Dubuque, Iowa ... the school did not have a boys volleyball team... was a starting defender for the Golden Eagles soccer team that were state champions in 2013 and state qualifiers in 2013 ...earned first team All-Academic honors as a senior in 2014 ...graduated in 2014 with a 4.0 grade point average and earned Highest Honors as well as Most Distinguished Graduate.
