Ramirez made 10 total appearances, starting twice in the field and twice in the circle ... appeared in five total games in the circle ... totaled 12.1 innings and a 4.54 ERA as a pitcher ... delivered an RBI in eight at bats on the year ... allowed two unearned runs over 4.2 innings vs. Pacific (2/16/24) ... scattered five hits over four shutout frames vs. San Diego (3/8/24).
PRIOR TO CSUN
A 2023 graduate of Gahr High School … played for Sonora High School for three seasons before transferring to Gahr High School … chosen Freeway League MVP, first-team All-League, All-CIF, and team captain as a sophomore … selected second-team All-League, Defensive Player of the Year and team captain as a junior … sat out her senior season due to CIF Transfer rules but given team’s Most Inspirational Award … CLUB EXPERIENCE: A member of a Mexican International Team … played for the Explosion Sanchez club program.

Daughter of Saul Ramirez and Rebeca Cervantes … favorites include the Anaheim Angels, Paige Lowary, Kevin Hart, Melissa McCarthy, All-American, Bring it On: All or Nothing, Mexican Food, Grupo Frontera, Brent Faiyaz, and Shein.com … chose CSUN because it was very family-friendly and it was everything I wanted in a college it’s not too big but not too small, and the softball program is amazing I feel like I’m going to enjoy playing college softball with them so much … says greatest sports moment so far is hitting a game-winning three-run home run for Mexico in a playoff game against Italy … says the best thing about being an athlete is always being able to always look forward to being on the field after a hard day and stressful day … says the toughest thing about being an athlete is being able to maintain being a student at the same time it can for sure get overwhelming … says the best athlete she has played against is Jordy Bahl … the most famous person she has me is Mike Trout … the person in history she would like to meet is Kobe Bryant … would like to switch places for one day with Kenzie Hansen … the best advice she has been given is to strive for what you want not for why other people want you to do … her advice to young people is never give up … her greatest hero is Selena Quintanilla, because she opened up the Mexican culture.
