2021 (SENIOR): Started all 26 games at third base...was fourth on the team in at-bats (73), fifth in hitting (.233), fifth in hits (17), and fifth in runs scored (6)..drove in four runs...hit .375 during the UC San Diego series May 7-8...ended career by playing seven of the nine field positions and starting 117-of-135 career appearances...named Academic All-Conference.
2020 (JUNIOR): Started 10 times in 14 games played...tied for fifth on the team in RBI (6) with Alyssa Vazquez...hit .219 and scored three times...had three doubles and a .313 slugging percentage...tied with four others for third on the team in sacrifice hits (2)...tallied a .242 on-base percentage...named Academic All-Conference.
2019 (SOPHOMORE): Hit. 256 with one home run and three runs batted in…charted a .329 slugging percentage and a .315 on-base percentage…started 26-of-37 appearances…scored five runs, had three doubles and five walks…posted three hits against UC Santa Barbara Apr. 28…scored twice in the season finale against Long Beach State May 11...selected Academic All-Conference.
2018 (FRESHMAN): Was third on the team in home runs (5) and RBI (27)…hit .257 with a .415 slugging percentage and a .335 on-base percentage…tied for second on the squad in doubles (10) with Kira Cauley…scored 22 runs…posted three hits in a game on two occasions…drove in a season high four RBI with a grand slam home run in the season finale against Long Beach State May 12...second on the Matadors in walks with 16, walking twice in a game twice.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2017 graduate of Chino High School…coach was Mike Smith…a four-year starter and letter winner…selected first team All-League as a freshman, junior, and as a senior…named second team All-League as a sophomore…served as team captain as a senior…graduated with a 3.67 grade point average.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Marcus Rojas and Tracy Evanson…a communication studies major…has won brother; Shilo Rojas and one sister; Essence Goss…favorites include the Los Angeles Dodgers, Dee Gordon, Tyler Perry, Taraji P. Henson, Empire, White Chicks, and Destiny’s Child…chose CSUN for the campus, the coaches, and the “together we’re better” mentality…the best advice she has been given is “stay focused”…her advice to young people is “follow your dreams”…her greatest hero is her mother because of seeing her overcome so many obstacles.
