2011 All-Big West First Team
2013 (SENIOR): Named second team All-Conference…started all 56 games at catcher…batted a team-high .326 with 47 hits…also led CSUN with 12 doubles, nine home runs, 29 RBIs, 23 walks, 86 total bases and 15 hit-by-pitches…led the Matadors in slugging (.581) and on-base percentage (.457)…finished sixth in school history in both career home runs (28) and RBIs (102)…committed only four errors in 247 defensive chances…added seven sac bunts and two stolen bases on the year, both of which set new career highs...batted .265 with three home runs and a team-high 11 RBIs against Big West opponents…had a season-high three hits on two occasions...scored two runs in three different games…had a season-high four RBIs in a win over Seattle U…tied for the team lead in multi-hit games with 10 and had a team-high six multi-RBI games...selected Academic All-Conference.
2012 (JUNIOR): Led the Matadors with seven home runs, 22 RBIs and a .460 slugging and .420 on-base percentage…finished seventh in the Big West in on-base percentage, tied for fourth in home runs and second after being hit by 17 pitches…batted .252 for the season and scored 17 runs, tying for the team lead…also tied for the team lead with five doubles…has 19 home runs over her past two seasons, vaulting her into ninth in school history … batted .222 with 10 hits, five runs, four doubles, a home run and six RBIs in Big West play…had a season-high three hits in CSUN’s win over Fresno State…scored a career-high three runs and hit a career-high two home runs against Utah State…had two three-RBI performances on the year…finished the year with a team-leading seven multi-RBI games and also had five multi-hit games…finished with a .967 fielding percentage, playing predominantly at catcher...selected Academic All-Conference.
2011 (SOPHOMORE): Named first team All-Conference…appeared in all 53 games, making 52 starts at catcher…set numerous career highs with .317 batting average, 22 runs, 40 hits, five doubles, one triple, 12 home runs, 45 RBIs, 83 total bases, 29 walks and a stolen base…the 12 home runs are tied for fifth in school history for a single season…the 45 RBI are tied for sixth-most in school history for a single season…had 10 multi-hit games and 11 multi-RBI games…set a new career high with a perfect 4-for-4 performance in game two of a doubleheader against UC Riverside on May 7…drove in a career-high four RBIs on two different occasions…also had six three-RBI games…scored career-high two runs on two separate occasions…had a home run in 12 different games…had a grand slam against San Jose State in season opener for first career home run…batted .382 with four doubles, three home runs and 15 RBIs in 21 Big West Conference games…finished among Top 10 in Big West Conference in slugging percentage (.659), on-base percentage (.471), home runs, RBIs, walks, hit-by-pitch (11), total bases (83) and sac flies (4)…finished the year with a .968 fielding percentage in 189 defensive chances.
2010 (FRESHMAN): Appeared in 27 games, making 20 starts, all at catcher…batted .167 with two runs, nine hits, two doubles and six RBI…connected on two-run double to tie the game in the bottom of the seventh in Matadors' 10-9 win over Long Beach State on April 10…tied for third on the team with six sac bunts…sported a .953 fielding percentage (73 PO, 9 A, 4 E) for the season…threw out three would-be-base stealers on the year.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2009 graduate of Silverado High School…a four-year started and captain for the Skyhawks in softball…named regional MVP following the 2008 and 2009 seasons…also played basketball.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Mary and Tony Thielges… majoring in Kinesiology...has one brother, Derek…favorites include the Minnesota Vikings, actress Reese Witherspoon, the TV shows "Glee" and "Grey's Anatomy" and musicians Jack Johnson and Lil Wayne…lists Facebook as her favorite website…would like to switch places with Beyonce for a day…can’t imagine going a week without chocolate.
