Tori Mitchell was named an Assistant Coach on Angie Ned's staff in October 2024.

A coach for the past four years, Mitchell most recently served as head coach for multiple sports at Southern Highlands Prep in Las Vegas, Nev. Before that, she was an assistant girls basketball coach at both Arlington High School (2020-21) and Ramona High School (2018-20) in Riverside.

A decorated collegiate student-athlete at California Baptist, Mitchell earned All-Pacwest accolades and was also named Pacwest Player of the Week during her career. She began her collegiate basketball career at Riverside City College where she was named Most Valuable Player and earned all-conference honors. Mitchell holds the program record for most rebounds following the 2015-16 season.

Also an experienced teacher and recreation leader, Mitchell has spent several years working in youth sports, after-school programming, and sales.

Mitchell earned her bachelor's degree in exercise science from California Baptist and her associate of arts degree from Riverside City College in 2016.
