2019 (SOPHOMORE): Was the top-finishing Matador in the three races she entered for CSUN…placed 36h at the season-opening USD Invite, running 25:03.5 over the 6k course….was 51st at The Master’s Invitational, posting a time of 19:03.2 on the 3.11m course…finished 51st in a career-best 6k time of 22:41.2 at the Big West Championship..selected Academic All-Conference.
2018 (FRESHMAN): Saw action in three events…posted a 5k best of 19:36.80 during the Highlander Invitational…finished 67th in Big West Championship after running 24:47 over 6k course.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2018 graduate of Alta Loma High School…lettered in cross country and track and field all four years on the prep level…graduated with honors.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Oscar and Merianne Segovia…majoring in communicative disorders…favorites include Hot Cheetos, the TV show “The Office” and the music of Brockhampton…likes to nap in her free time…says she would like to be stranded on a desert island with “my dogs.”
