2013 (JUNIOR): Posted season best in the 5k (19:08.40) at the Sacramento State Inter-Regional Jamboree on Oct. 4...charted season best in the 6k (24:35.10) during the Sept. 14 UC Riverside Invitational...finished 67th in the Big West Championships (26:43.50).
PRIOR TO CSUN: Competed in both cross country and track at Moorpark College...ran in the CCCAA cross country championships in both 2010 and 2012...qualified for the CCCAA Track & Field Championships in the steeplechase in 2011 and 2012.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2010 graduate of Simi Valley High School.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Cheryl and Willem Rietveld...a graphic design major...favorites include TV shows "Workaholics" and "House Hunters", the movie "27 Dresses" and the music of Usher...says her greatest sports moment was "winning the 2009 Marmonte League championship"...says her superstitions include her "lucky pennies."
