CSUN - 2024-25 (Sophomore)
Nicole Tanoue competed in all 11 tournaments and 29 rounds for the Matadors during her sophomore season ... ranked second on the team with a 75.21 scoring average after taking 2,181 strokes over 29 rounds ... her season scoring average ranks sixth in program history ... after two CSUN seasons, currently holds the career scoring average lead at 75.12 with 4,507 strokes over 60 career rounds ... had three top-10 finishes and a pair of top-20 finishes ... had one of three CSUN individual wins after claiming first place with a 1-over 73 in the Cal State Bakersfield dual match (Nov. 6) ... posted the Matadors' low round of the season with a pair of 4-under 68's in the final two rounds of the Fresno State Classic (Mar. 31-Apr. 1) where she tied for second place at 4-under 212 (76-68-68) ... also tied for third at the Jackrabbit Invitational (Mar. 10-11) with a score of 1-over 217 (71-71-75) ... tied for 28th at the Big West Chamopionship (Apr. 13-15) with a score of 12-over 228 ... was one of four Matadors to earn 2025 Big West Spring All-Academic honors.
CSUN - 2023-24 (Freshman)
Tanoue was one of three Matadors to compete in all 10 tournaments and 31 rounds in 2023-24 ... earned honorable mention All-Big West, honors becoming the first Matador golfer since Brianna Steger in 2019 to earn All-Big West accolades ... led CSUN in scoring averaging 75.03 strokes per round after taking 2,326 strokes over 31 rounds ... her season scoring average ranked fourth in CSUN women's golf history ... posted four top 10 finishes this season in addition to one top 20 finish ... fired a season-low round of 7-under 65 in her first collegiate round at the Timpanagos Collegiate Invitational in Provo, Utah (Sept. 10-12) and would go on to finish third in the event with a three-round score of 9-under 207 ... her score was CSUN's low 54-hole total of the season ... had two of CSUN's low 54-hole totals of the season; 207 (Hawai'i) and 217 at the Eagle Invitational (Oct. 9-10) ... finished in a tie for 19th at the Big West Championship with a tournament score of 14-over 230 (82-76-72).

Tanoue was a four-year starter in golf for coach Kevin Ing at Iolani High School in Honolulu, O'ahu ... earned first-team All-ILH honors as a senior in 2023 ... was named second team as a junior in 2022 ... also earned the Eddie Hamada Award ... posted a scoring average of 73.25 ... graduated in 2023.
